Asian street food,
built for Lebanon
Build-your-own noodle boxes, sauce-forward rice bowls, and a brand system disciplined enough to run the same way in seven neighborhoods — and counting.
Started next door to the people who'd eat it most
The Wok opened its doors in 2018 in Hamra, Beirut — steps from the AUB and LAU dorms, right in the middle of student life. That location shaped everything: fast, affordable, craveable food built for people who wanted something different from the usual lineup. The brand later relocated to its now-famous Mar Mikhael location, and has since grown into seven locations across Lebanon — still run on the same build-your-own idea that made the first one work.
The noodle box is the hero. It's not the only star.
Noodle Boxes remain the core of The Wok — build-your-own, every time. Rice bowls have grown right alongside them, led by two fast-growing favorites.
Noodle Boxes
The original, still the hero — build-your-own noodles, protein, and sauce in one box.
Sweet & Sour Chicken
A fast-growing rice bowl favorite — bold, familiar, and built for repeat orders.
Mongolian Beef
The other rice bowl leading the category, alongside a growing list of signature dishes.
Consistent, everywhere it shows up
Every branch runs on the same playbook
A centralized kitchen supplies every branch, which is what lets The Wok run out of small, efficient 15–50 m² outlets without losing consistency. Complete SOPs, recipe cards, and training manuals keep quality identical from one counter to the next — and packaging, uniforms, interiors, and menu design all follow one unified brand system.
